Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Australia.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
United States: most orders arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of the order date, including processing.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods, weather, carrier delays and customs can add time.
Items in the same order, such as the free gifts, may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping cost

United States: standard shipping is free on every Verdant Light lamp order. Any other order under about US$36 (A$50) is charged a flat rate of about US$11 (A$16). The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Australia: standard shipping is A$11, free on orders of A$100 or more. Express is A$15.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to update after you get the email.

Correct address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email info@clientboostr.com as soon as possible. We can only change it before the order ships. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you about re-sending it, which may involve an extra shipping charge.

Customs, duties and taxes

If your order is subject to import duties or taxes in your country, they are the recipient's responsibility.

Lost, delayed or damaged in transit

If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 4 weeks after you ordered, email info@clientboostr.com. We'll check with the carrier.
If your package is confirmed lost, or arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
