Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with your Verdant Light order, for any reason, you can send it back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We want you to try it properly, so there is no deadline shorter than 60 days and no need to justify your decision.
How to request a refund
- Email us at info@clientboostr.com within 60 days of the day your order was delivered. Include your order number. You can tell us why, but you don't have to.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Send the items back using the instructions we give you. We cover the cost of return shipping.
- We issue your refund within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return. It goes back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
What to send back
Please send back the lamps from your order. If you still have the free cooling gel mask and freezer bag, please include them. Used items are fine. You don't need the original packaging, but please pack everything so it arrives safely.
What you get back
The full price you paid for the order, including any tax and any shipping you were charged.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, email us at info@clientboostr.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if you can. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
Cancelling an order
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, you can use the 60-day guarantee above.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.
Late or lost orders

Disputes
If something isn't right, please contact us first at info@clientboostr.com. We'll sort it out quickly, usually faster than a bank dispute.
